This marinade works on lamb racks and boneless lamb, preferably grilled but roasted is also good.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb  Onions (2-3 large onions)                
  • 1 tbsp  Salt
  • 2 heaping tbsp  Trader Vic’s Sate Spice
  • 1 Lemon, juiced
  • 1 ½ cup  Honey
  • ½ cup  Water

 

Directions

  1. Blend the onion with the water and lemon juice until smooth. 
  2. Add the honey and spices.
  3. Marinate meat for 24 hours

 

Notes

*if using lamb rack try to keep the bones clean from the marinade.
