This marinade works on lamb racks and boneless lamb, preferably grilled but roasted is also good.
Ingredients
- 1 lb Onions (2-3 large onions)
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 2 heaping tbsp Trader Vic’s Sate Spice
- 1 Lemon, juiced
- 1 ½ cup Honey
- ½ cup Water
Directions
- Blend the onion with the water and lemon juice until smooth.
- Add the honey and spices.
- Marinate meat for 24 hours

*if using lamb rack try to keep the bones clean from the marinade.
