Return & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. If your purchase didn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help.
Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, email us at tradingpost@tradervics.com. All returns must be authorized and issued a Return Authorization (RA#) before being sent back. Items sent without an RA# may be refused and will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

All original tags and packaging must be intact

You must include your proof of purchase

The item must be returned within 15 days of receiving your RA#
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to a fulfillment error or damaged/defective item, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once your return is accepted and the RA# is issued, we’ll provide return shipping instructions.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at tradingpost@tradervics.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
If you’d like to make an exchange, we recommend completing your return first and placing a new order for the replacement item.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

Sale items or gift cards

Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers)

Custom or personalized products
-
Personal care items (e.g. beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, email us before sending it back.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund. If it has been more than 15 business days since we approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at tradingpost@tradervics.com.
Shipping fees are non-refundable in most cases.
EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must meet the return eligibility criteria above.
