Return and Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you feel your purchase(s) did not meet your expectations, contact us via email sent to: tradingpost@tradervics.com

We authorize returns/exchanges on a case by case basis, and reserve the right to refuse a return/exchange on any item(s) purchased we deem as not having met the following requirements listed below:

  • Item(s) to be returned/exchanged must be issued a return authorization #, to request an RA#, contact us via email sent to: tradingpost@tradervics.com
  • Returns received prior to having been issued an RA# may be refused, and do not meet requirements for refund or exchange.
  • Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of delivery date, and within 15 days of being issued an RA#.
  • Item(s) must be unused and in original condition. Packaging must be in suitable condition for protecting the item(s) to be returned.
  • Unless return is due to error made by Trader Vic's - You/customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping charges.
  • Refund/Credit/Exchange will be initiated once returned item(s) have been received and accepted as compliant to our policy.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable in most cases.
  • Your return will be processed as quickly as possible and may take up to 30 days, from the day of our having received the item(s) to returned/exchanged.

Please note: Credit card policies vary and we recommend you/customer allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear.
