Shipping Policy
We do our best to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the details on how we process and ship orders from the Trader Vic’s Trading Post.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. During high-volume periods or special promotions, processing times may be slightly extended. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected and your location.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Most domestic orders arrive within 5–10 business days after processing. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
International Shipping
We proudly offer international shipping through Shopify’s global fulfillment network. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary by destination, weight, and shipping method.

Shipping Restrictions
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarding addresses at this time.
Some products may be subject to additional shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regulatory limitations.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not arrive at all, please contact us at tradingpost@tradervics.com within 7 days of the delivery date. Be sure to include your order number and a photo of any damaged packaging or items, if applicable.
