Created for the opening in 2016

Galloping across sunlit waves is this cocktail with Trader Vic’s light rum, Midori, passion fruit and a touch of vanilla. An exotic ride straight to the heart of the Seychelles.

Ingredients

  • Juice of 1/4 lime
  • 1 1/2 oz orange juice
  • 1/4 oz passion fruit syrup
  • 1/2 oz passion puree
  • 1 1/2 oz Trader Vic's light rum
  • 1/2 oz Midori
  • Bar spoon of vanilla extract

Method

Flash blend with crushed ice. Serve in a Seahorse mug
