She joined Trader Vic’s at Anantara Riverside Bangkok in 2018, as a Hostess. Khun InIn is a loyalty team member and shown hard work spirit with good team work attitude, on top of that she also support team by helping on cashiering and provide an excellence service to all customers and working closely with Assistant Restaurant Manager to ensure overall restaurant operation was smooth. She is one of team member to grow to the next level.
Claudia Dessai
Trader Vic’s Kona, Hawaii
Claudia began her career with Trader Vic's in 2012 as a host and server assistant at the Emeryville location, is an experienced professional in the hospitality industry. Her comprehensive knowledge led to her promotion to assistant manager in 2022. She will now play a key role in the opening of our new Trader Vic's location in Kona, Hawaii, in 2026.
Raquel Rodriguez
Trader Vic’s Vice President of Operations
A Boston University graduate with a degree in Hospitality, she began her career at Trader Vic's in 2009 as a Cocktail Waitress and Outlet Trainer for the LA Live opening. Her career quickly progressed. In 2011, she opened the Trader Vic's Portland location as Assistant General Manager. Soon after, she was promoted to the corporate team as Corporate Training and Service Manager. In 2017, she advanced to Director of Food & Beverage, and in 2019, she became Vice President of Operations.
With extensive hands-on experience and the respect of staff worldwide, Raquel is instrumental to the current success of Trader Vic's Worldwide.
