When will I receive my Trader's Treasure Hunters Welcome Gift?
The timing for Welcome Gift shipments varies by membership tier:
- Tiki Explorer Membership: Ships January 2025
- Pacific Navigator Membership: Ships during Q1 of 2025
- World Traveler Membership: Ships during Q1 of 2025, with the exclusive jigger shipping separately, ETA end of April 2025.

What is the Early Enrollment period, and what are the benefits?
Early Enrollment for current members runs from October 15th to October 31st, 2024. Current members who sign up during this period will receive an exclusive 2025 Trader Vic's Tote Bag, and new members will have full access to the membership portal and benefits as soon as they sign up.
Can I change my membership tier after enrollment?
Unfortunately, we cannot modify membership tiers once the enrollment process is complete. From the start, please choose the tier that best suits your preferences.
Are the Mai Tai Membership glasses exclusive designs?
The exclusive 2025 Mai Tai glasses are only available to Pacific Navigator and World Traveler members. Tiki Explorer members will receive classic Mai Tai glasses. The World Traveler tier also includes an exclusive jigger with a unique glaze, which will not be sold separately.
How do I access my member pricing and perks?
Once enrolled, log in to your account on tradervics.com to enjoy exclusive member benefits, including 5% off storewide, access to Members Only Sales and Promotions, and early access to new mug releases.
Can I gift a Trader Vic's Treasure Hunters Membership to someone else?
Absolutely! During the checkout process, you have the option to provide the recipient's email address, making it a fantastic gift for fellow tiki enthusiasts.
Is the World Explorer Jigger available for purchase separately?
No, the exclusive World Traveler Jigger is reserved solely for World Traveler Members and will never be available for sale separately. 2025 will have a different glaze and color than the one that was available in 2024.
Do membership perks apply to in-restaurant purchases as well?
No, member pricing and perks apply only to purchases made through our online store.
Can I use my member discount during sales events?
Yes! Your 5% member discount applies year-round, including during sales events, allowing you to enjoy even more savings on tiki treasures.

When will enrollment for the 2025 Trader Vic's Treasure Hunters Membership open?
Public enrollment for the 2025 program will open on November 1st, 2024. However, early enrollment for current members starts on October 15th, 2024.
Can I transfer my membership to someone else if I am unable to use it this year?
Membership transfers are not available. However, we encourage you to enjoy the benefits throughout the year and look forward to your participation in future enrollment periods.
Are memberships refundable if I change my mind after enrolling?
Unfortunately, memberships are non-refundable. Please review the membership details carefully before enrolling to ensure it aligns with your preferences.
How do I update my contact information or shipping address for the Welcome Gift?

Are there any additional costs associated with being a Trader's Treasure Hunter?
Your membership fee covers the cost of enrollment and the Welcome Gift. There are no additional fees, except for any purchases you make from the store.
